Delete your account & data

You can delete your data at any time — no email required.

Delete a single project

On your project list, open the ⋯ menu on a project and choose Delete. This permanently removes that project.

Delete your entire account

In the app, open the account menu and choose Delete account…, then confirm. In the web app, open the account menu and choose Delete account.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials.
• All projects you own, and their contents (boards, entities, notes, images).
• Your project memberships and any pending invitations tied to your account.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Projects that others own but shared with you are not deleted — you're simply removed from them. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule, and we may retain limited records where required by law.
