How do I create an account?

Open the web app and choose “Create account,” or sign up in the iPhone/iPad/Mac app. You can also be invited to a project by email.

How does collaboration work?

Open a project and choose Share to invite a collaborator by email. They'll see the shared project after they sign in with that email address.

I was invited but don't see the project.

Make sure you signed in (or created your account) using the exact email address the invitation was sent to. Shared projects appear automatically on sign-in.

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, choose “Forgot password?” and we'll email you a reset link.

How do I export my work?

Tentpole exports a text outline, a two-column A/V script (including Word .docx), and a full-board image.

How do I delete my account or data?

You can delete individual projects, or your entire account and its data. See Account & data deletion.

Is my data private?

Yes. We don't sell your data or use your content to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy.
